I'm curious as I know a few members on here are from Europe, how is the fishing differ from the states, over there, I know and have read into it that most of the countries over there that getting a license cost and arm and a leg.

I have seen a segment on youtube where tossing scent and additional bait is allow in certain waters, just wanted to know how effective is it, just one of those things that i needed to know Cool

Actually, I know that it is a prcatice in Germany, as I have a friend that is over there, he doesn't fish as you state because getting a license is quite a feat in it self, but he has seen local fishermen using sling shots and tossing bait or chumming that water as we call it here, guess it is perfectly legal
