Silentgills on Fri Sep 11, 2009 12:53 amHello hopefully someone can help me answer this, I got a friend going to Nice, France for 2 months, doesn't know alot of how the fishing is or rules and regulations to go about and fish, is there anyoneone that can help me get some of the answer to him, he will leave mid November around that time frame, and prefers to Fly fish.
