PFC Donald Hall II was a hell of a soldier and friend. His sense of humor was contagious and even though he was a PFC, his knowledge of his job was way above average and his willingness to pass that knowledge on to his fellow soldiers was very helpful in trying to train new soldiers. ...

Pike Minnows

I ran into a very interesting topic on the Boise Valley fly fishers website, in 2009 theres a pike minnow fishing programs that pays anglers between 4-8 dollars a fish for pike minnows over 9 inch long, these fish are destructive to the smolts populations along the snake and columbia river drainage

This program isn't about extinction of the pike minnows formerly known as the (Squaw Fish) but these programs help the Salmon population as these pike minnows prey on the smolts, very interesting.
